Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine — hryvnia in accordance with the terms of the Public Agreement (offer) for the provision of services for the provision in temporary paid use of Virtual Infrastructure of Tucha
Notes
1. Tariffs may be changed by the Contractor unilaterally on the terms stipulated in the Public Agreement (offer) for the provision of services for the provision in temporary paid use of Virtual Infrastructure of Tucha
2. The cost of the extended level of technical support (server administration) is determined separately for each of the administered servers based on:

E - cost of provision and maintenance of dedicated IP addresses with foreign geolocation (if technically possible) used by the administered server;
F - cost of anonymity on demand (connecting to the network that provides anonymity)
3. The prerequisite for ordering this component is to place the Customer's operating system on the disk space (SSD). To do this, the Customer's Service configuration shall include enough disk space (SSD) to place the operating system (but not less than 10 GB).
- response to ICMP echo-request (PING);
- response to an attempt to connect to the server using TCP ports defined by the Customer.

A - cost of additional snapshots of the virtual server image (Snapshot) (total),
B - number of GB of disk space (SSD/HDD) included in the current server configuration,
C - number of snapshots of the virtual server image to save,
D - cost of additional snapshots of the virtual server image (for 1 GB, according to these tariffs).
6. The minimal order is 50 GB. For clients who have ordered the Service, starting from 01.08.2017, the Service is provided under a separate agreement according to the tariffs for the provision of services for the provision in temporary paid use of the Virtual Infrastructure of Tucha (TuchaBackup).
7. Licensing is based on the model "per core".
Licensing principles:
- Each core on the server that is licensed is subject to licensing;
- Licenses are provided in packs – 2 (two) licenses in 1 (one) pack.
8. The cost of the virtual server according to clause 1.7.1 of Table 01 in the configuration with the total cost of 25.00 Euros includes software (licenses) according to clause 4.1 of Table 03. provided on a separate request from the Customer.
9. System administration services mean the execution of the Customer requests regarding changes in the system software (hereinafter the Software) (operating system, system drivers, system utilities, system libraries, system services, language interpreters, database management systems) deployed in the Virtual Infrastructure.
The Contractor shall not interfere in the program code of software that is placed or provided by the Customer for placement in the Virtual Infrastructure, shall not analyze the code of such Software on errors and assumes no responsibility for any consequences of use and/or incorrect work of the Software. When eliminating incidents and/or changes to the configuration of the System Software (operating system, system drivers, system utilities, system libraries, system services, language interpreters, the database management system) deployed in the Virtual infrastructure, the Contractor is not responsible for the malfunctioning of such Software if the Software malfunction caused by the manufacturer of such Software.
10. Payment for the cost of services according to clause 1.2.1 of Table 04 is made a single time for each server for which the service is provided. If it is necessary to re-provide the Service due to changes to the Customer's Virtual Infrastructure (TuchaFlex)/(TuchaFlex+) (configuration changes, software settings, etc.), the Service cost is paid again.
