1.2. Data transfer services10
1.2.1. Assistance in transferring the Customer data to the Virtual Infrastructure service 1 In the amount of the current monthly cost of the Services, but not less than 30,00 Euros

Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine — hryvnia in accordance with the terms of the Public Agreement (offer) for the provision of services for the provision in temporary paid use of Virtual Infrastructure of Tucha

Notes

1. Tariffs may be changed by the Contractor unilaterally on the terms stipulated in the Service Agreement and the rules for providing and receiving services for the provision of temporary paid use of the Virtual Infrastructure or on the terms stipulated in the Public Agreement (offer) for the provision of services for the provision in temporary paid use of the Virtual Infrastructure of Tucha.

2. Unit - a component of a virtual server, which includes the CPU, RAM, and disk space in the amount provided by the Tariffs. One virtual server can contain no more than 100 units.

3. Depending on the number of units that a server consists of, the server is allocated the following number of cores of central processing units (CPU):

Number of units Central processing units (CPUs) number of cores
1-2 1
3-5 2
6-7 3
8-9 4
10-11 5
12-15 6
16-23 8
24-31 12
32-63 16
64-100 32

 4. The cost of the extended level of technical support (server administration) is determined separately for each of the administered servers, based on:

А = (В + C + D + E) х 50%,
but not less than 30,00 Euros, where

A – cost of extended technical support (server administration);
B – cost of the server in its current configuration, including additional central processing unit (CPU) and/or disk space (HDD) (if provided);
C – cost of providing and supporting dedicated IP addresses from the main address pool used by the administered server;
D – cost of providing and supporting a dedicated IP address from a third-party address range (if technically possible) used by the administered server;
E – cost of anonymity on demand (connection to a network that provides anonymity).

5. For full operation, the Customer's Virtual Infrastructure shall include provision and support of at least 1 (one) dedicated IP address from the main address pool.

For Customers whose paid period for the provision of the Services agreed upon in the Agreement is more than one calendar month, the cost of the Services already paid for at the time of the Tariffs change shall not be subject to adjustment from 01.11.2024. The new Tariffs shall be applied from the next paid period of the Services.

6. Storage of an additional copy of a snapshot of a virtual disk image should be ordered if the specifics of the activity require storage of more copies of a snapshot of a virtual disk image than specified in the Service Level Agreement.
The cost of storing additional copies of virtual disk image snapshots (Snapshot) is determined based on the following calculation:

А = B х C х D, where

A - cost of additional snapshots of the virtual server image (Snapshot),
B - number of GB of disk space included in the current server configuration,
C - number of snapshot copies of the virtual server image to save,
D - cost of additional snapshots of the virtual server image (for 10 GB, according to these tariffs).

7. The server monitoring consists in tracking such aspects of the server:

  • response to ICMP echo-request (PING);
  • response to an attempt to connect to the server using TCP ports defined by the Customer.

8. Licensing is carried out according to the “per core” model.
Licensing principles:

  • Each core on the licensed server is subject to licensing;
  • Licenses are provided in packs – 2 (two) licenses in 1 (one) pack.

9. System administration services refer to the fulfillment of the Customer's requests to make changes to the system software (hereinafter referred to as “SW”) (operating system, system drivers, system utilities, system libraries, system services, language interpreters, database management system) deployed in the Virtual Infrastructure.

The Contractor shall not interfere with the software code hosted or provided by the Customer for hosting on servers, shall not analyze the code of such SW for errors, and shall not be liable for any consequences of the use and/or incorrect operation of such SW.

10.    When resolving incidents and/or making changes to the configuration of system software (operating system, system drivers, system utilities, system libraries, system services, language interpreters, database management system) deployed on servers, the Contractor shall not be liable for the incorrect operation of such software if the software operates incorrectly due to the fault of the manufacturer of such software. Payment for the services under clause 1.2.1 of Table No. 04 shall be made once for each server for which the service is provided. If it is necessary to re-provide the service due to changes made to the Customer's server (change of configuration, software settings, etc.), the payment for the services shall be made again.
