The service capacities are located on the platforms in Ukraine, and the guaranteed availability of services is 99.0%. The virtual servers consist of blocks (units) of balanced configurations. One unit is 1 GB of RAM and 25 GB of hard disk storage. TuchaBit is scaled by adding the desired number of virtual units.

2.   What version of Bitrix24 are you going to place on a server? 

This answer will help you determine the appropriate virtual machine configuration. The number of resources that we offer for each separate version of the Bitrix24 box complies with the configurations that the software developer recommends.

• Permanent server administration. 50% of the server cost, but not less than 30 euros/month.

Although prices for all our services are linked to euros, payment is made in hryvnia. The rate is quite reasonable since the cost for the entire month is fixed at the NBU rate on the first day of each month. The price already includes VAT (for those who pay this tax). If you pay for services in Ukraine, the following options are available: 

• payment account;
• payment by bank card via Privat24 application or PrivatBank terminals;
• LiqPay payment online.

For each client, we prepare all the necessary closing accounting documents, such as acts of completed work, tax invoices, original invoices, etc. We prefer e-document management, but we are still close friends of postal services, so if you need analog versions of documents, we will provide them.
